ADAPTIVE

EMOTIONS REGULATION

Adaptive emotion regulation refers to the processes by which we try to influence the nature, the intensity or duration of emotions in a particular direction. In addition to these efforts, the term also encompasses the result achieved thereby.

 

Adaptive emotions are emotions based on previous rational cognitions, such as fear, anger, grief, regret or joy.

 

In order to achieve other desired results in our environment and the impact of our actions than before, we need to change our existing automated information processing.


In addition to this prototypical use of the term in relation to the regulation of one's own feelings, adaptive emotion regulation can also refer to the purposeful regulation of the feelings of others, as well as the quality of a team up to the entire enterprise.

INTRINSIC

COMMUNICATION

The basic definition of the term communication (lat. Communicatio, 'communication') is that it involves the exchange or transmission of information in different types (verbally, nonverbally) or in different ways (speaking, writing).

 

For our intention to achieve a pronounced empathy with others, communication with ourselves is crucial. Everything that we communicate as in our core is also carried out in the same way. This schema from "in to out" applies to internal corporate communication which always finds a way out of the company as well.

 

We also call internal communication as intrinsic communication.

 

How we communicate is a result of knowledge, awareness, and experience. And from that we develop our empathy.

SUCCESSFUL

INNER MINDFULNESS

The inner mindfulness denotes the observation of our thinking, speaking and acting. However, it is also the perception of the environment. Especially circumstances and reasons of actions are observed, which lead to the same result again and again, although a different outcome is expected.

 

We perceive and observe with our five senses. But we also observe our thoughts and feelings. We observe and describe in words the moment-by-moment perception. We describe for the "what is", for the "facts"

 

These are some of the steps toward self-control. The result is excellent communication with others, based on the learned reality control by comparison with the perception of other people.


We also learn to be fully involved in one task and not to be distracted. This can create the experience of "flow" and can not be combined with feelings of boredom or being excluded.

"Growing up as an adopted child with adoptive parents, my life was sometimes challenging. It took me a long time to find my way and to get an idea of how I wanted to live this life. However, I made it and had advanced tremendously. I have found great success thus far. Having had a good education, life has taught me that I am still learning. I have found my purpose in giving back to those whom I believe need it. Children.


My purpose is to give my knowledge, happiness and positive energy as a speaker. I dedicate my time to encouraging children at school and in orphanages. My heart has guided me to speak to them, to help better their lives and to encourage them to be the best version of themselves.

 

Our children are the future. They are creating the future leaders of this planet, the ones that we trust will take care of it. If I can reach just one child, If I can give them structure and teach them good, I will be truly happy and proud.

 

We are not the future, they are the future.

Moreover, I believe it is our duty and obligation to provide as much of our knowledge and support as we can. I call this very personal project "Project Phoenix." The mythical bird Phoenix can reinvent itself.

 

Moreover, this is what I teach the children. As a keynote speaker, I love to convey the message of Motivation and Inspiration.

 

My message is to believe in yourself. You have this greatness within you. Use your imagination to create the world in which you want to live in. Turn your dream into reality, reach for the stars. You are not deserted. You have the ability and the right to create the life you want to live. Be free.

 

I am sure these children have great potential regardless of their unfortunate past. They made it, they took the first step, and that is the greatest accomplishment. I believe one of these children can do so much for the greater good.
